Day 1: First Impressions of Hanoi – History Meets Modern Magic

Our Vietnam adventure began in Hanoi, a city where the past and present coexist effortlessly. After arriving at Noi Bai International Airport, we dove straight into the capital’s rich history.
We explored the iconic ancient Tran Quoc Pagoda, set against West Lake, which offered our first spiritual pause. Walking through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also known as the “36 Streets,” felt like stepping into a living museum. Each lane buzzed with local life, street food aromas, and centuries-old trade traditions. The legendary Train Street gave us a glimpse of how closely daily life intertwines with railways here.
As evening approached, the city revealed a different side at Mega Grand World Hanoi. This dazzling fusion of European and Asian architecture captivated us. Gondola rides, lively performances, and the spectacular Grand Voyage Show made for a magical end to our first day.
